The Resiliency Shoppe is seeking independent and motivated providers to join their group practice, which primarily operates through telehealth. We are looking for someone who can effectively provide technology-based services and offer work from home opportunities, as well as access to offices in Los Angeles or Encino for in-person sessions. We provide clinical supervision and consultation for cases in managing crises, and facilitate monthly consultation groups to support associates' clinical development. The Resiliency Shoppe is dedicated to promoting a healthy work-life balance and providing a stress-free environment to earn hours towards licensure.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy 

  • Must be registered with the BBS and in good standing

  • Must have excellent communication, collaboration, and be punctual 

  • Experience with  BIPOC populations, individuals from diverse SES and cultural backgrounds

  • Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with the DSM-5 and diagnostic techniques

  • No prior disciplinary action by BBS or other professional organization for misconduct 

  • Bilingual welcome but not required

  • Passionate and dedicated to providing quality comprehensive care to clients 

  • Work independently to complete necessary documentation and open to professional growth and development.

  • EMDR, TFCBT, CBT, DBT certification is a plus.
